Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods Exempt from Returns:
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned, and cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines,
- Intimate or sanitary goods,
- Health and personal care items,
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases,
- Second hand or used goods, sometimes marked as pre-owned or pre-loved.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds for new items are granted: (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use,
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened,
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send your refund via EFT to your bank account, within 14 (fourteen) business days and proof of EFT payment will be sent to you via email.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund within four business days of the date of proof of payment, please contact your bank, send them the proof of payment with our contact info, and ask them to investigate.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
3. EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace NEW items if they are defective or damaged, and subject to stock availability.
If we do not have stock, then you can apply for a Refund as per Refund clause above; or you can apply for credit towards another purchase from our shop.

If an exchange or credit is possible, then please send your item via Postnet to Postnet parcel service, to uGoGo Bargains Storehouse, C/o Postnet, Shop 17, Hibiscus Mall, Wartski Dr & Windsor Ave, Margate, 4275. Please include our support number, 0798111427 on the address slip.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return subject to our Returns Eligibility clause above. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
5. SHIPPING RETURNS:
To return your product, you should mail your product p to uGoGo Bargains Storehouse, C/o Postnet, Shop 17, Shop 9 Kings View Building, 1 Uplands Road, Margate 4275, KZN South Africa. Please include our support number, 0798111427 on the address slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, which is why we recommend Postnet to Postnet services for returns.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or what condition it will be when we receive it.
