  1. Your complaint should include:
  2. The email address you used on your UBS Shop customer account
  3. Your contact preferences
  4. If you are complaining about a product, please attach proof of purchase and payment in pdf format.
  5. A clear factual description of your issue.
  6. Your proposed solution / what your ideal outcome would be to resolve this issue.

Once we receive your complaint, we will review it and revert with further requirements or solutions offered, depending on the situation.
